This LPG cylinder longitudinal welding machine consists of the following parts: machine base, welding power source YD-500GL, water chiller, crossbeam, guide rail, supporting plate, welding gun and travel mechanism, fine adjustment, copper pad, stroke adjustable cylinder, air valve and other pneumatic systems, motor speed control system and electrical control system.

 

 

 

 

Use laser point positioning;

Single-sided welding, double-sided forming;

Weld strength ≥ parent material;

Saves welding materials, labor, time, and is environmentally friendly compared to internal and external submerged arc welding;

Welding gun, copper pad and pressure plate are all cooled by water circulation.
