This LPG cylinder welding machine line consists of 14 sets of equipment:

1 set of three-station trimming, joggling and polishing machine(for cylinder lower shell); 1 set of three-station foot ring welding machine; 1 set of three-station trimming and polishing machine(for cylinder upper shell); 1 set of three-station valve seat welding machine; 1 set of automatic letters finding device; 1 set of three-station handle welding machine; 1 set of assembly & spot welding machine; 4 sets of automatic circumferential welding machines; 3 sets of robots; Several conveyor lines.

Under normal circumstances, 150 pieces can be produced in 1 hour, and no less than 1,200 cylinders can be produced in 8 hours.

 

 

 

 

Special welding power source YD-500GS6 Panasonic welding machine(jointly developed by Wuxi Qineng and Panasonic) which can guarantee the pass rate of X-ray inspection, bend test and tensile test.

 

The welding seam visual laser dual tracking system integrates the advantages of visual tracking and laser tracking to achieve synchronous tracking of the welding seam up and down, left and right, and real-time computer monitoring. The welding process does not require special supervision and has the characteristics of automated operation. For welds with left and right deviations of 6mm and up and down deviations of 4mm, they can be tracked in place, and the tracking accuracy can reach 0.1mm.
