This LPG cylinder collar ring automatic machine adopts a vertical structure, consisting of welding power supply, control box, welding gun mechanism, collar ring fixture, pneumatic mechanism, frame, cylinder fixing seat, table panel, etc.

The spindle motor power is 0.4KW and the welding power power is about 18KW.

 

Action: Manually put the cylinder body into the positioning mold → manually put the collar ring and press the mold → the collar ring is pressed → the welding gun extends to start welding → the spindle rotates, and welding starts at a fixed angle → stop welding, the welding gun retracts → the spindle continues to rotate → the welding gun extends, and welding continues → the welding gun repeats the action several times until the welding is completed → the spindle stops rotating → the mold is pressed down and retracted upwards, and the cylinder is taken out.
